The 4Runner Limited comes standard with the X-Relative Absorber System ñ or X-REAS for short. This advanced suspension system is designed to enhance ride comfort.

Here's how it works. The shock absorbers automatically adjust the damping force when driving over bumpy surfaces, and when cornering, to provide a smooth, comfortable ride and better handling performance over a variety of driving conditions.

For example, when cornering, the damping force of the shock absorbers adjusts automatically to reduce body lean while providing better handling.
